– 2 cups all-purpose flour– 1/2 cup granulated sugar– 1/2 cup vegetable oil– 1/4 cup white wine– 1 teaspoon baking powder– Pinch of salt– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– Optional: lemon or orange zest for flavor
