– 6 hard-boiled egg– 3 tablespoons mayonnaise– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning– Salt and pepper to taste– Paprika for garnish
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
