Tahini Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe 

Tahini and halva flavor this easy chocolate banana bread. It makes tall, domed muffins and is moist and fluffy. 

– 1 cup all purpose flour 140g – 1/2 cup dutch process cocoa 60g – 1 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp fine sea salt – 1 cup brown sugar 220g – 2 large egg – 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 100g – 2 1/2 large bananas, mashed 250g – 1/2 cup tahini, stirred 60g – 1/2 cup halva crumbled

INSTRUCTION

Prepare your muffin pans by lining them with paper liners and preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

STEP  1 .

If you want muffins that are taller and have domes, you should bake six muffins at a time in a pan with gaps between them.

This will ensure that every other cup contains a muffin. Using a fork, completely mash the bananas, and then transfer them to a large bowl.

Whisk together the sugar, oil, salt, and eggs after adding them to the mixture. It is important to stir the flour, cocoa, baking soda,

salt, and tahini together after adding them. The halva crumbles should be folded in.

It is recommended that the muffin cups be filled to a level that is ½ full,

 Then they should be baked for a period of twenty minutes during the baking process.
