SAUSAGE KALE PASTA

Sausage Kale Pasta is an easy and delicious recipe that only requires a few ingredients. This simple recipe is made with Italian sausage, fresh kale, and parmesan, and is ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredient 

– 6 egg yolks at room temperature – 4 whole eggs at room temperature – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – 6 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup I like honey a little better – 2 tablespoons molasses – 2-4 tablespoons bourbon optional – 1 vanilla bean seeds scrapped – 9 tablespoons cake flour – 4-5 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate chopped – 1 1/4 cups whole pecan

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add sausage meat to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.

Stir in chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

1. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to combine with sausage and kale mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Enjoy!
