Raspberry Sorbet Recipe

This delicious raspberry sorbet requires three ingredients, 10 minutes, and a food processor. It bursts with sharp, fresh berry flavor and freezes soft, making it scoopable. 

– 177 g water filtered ¾ cup – 300 g granulated sugar 1 ½ cup – 680 g frozen raspberries preferably organic – Juice of one lemon

INSTRUCTION

After adding the sugar and water to a small saucepan, stir the mixture and continue to cook it over medium-low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.

STEP  1 .

Allow it to continue cooking for a few more minutes before taking it off the heat.

Please wait until the syrup has completely cooled down before proceeding. If you want to speed up the process,

you can place it in a heat-resistant container and place it in the refrigerator or freezer. For the purpose of chilling your ice cream container,

STEP 4.

place it in the freezer. In a food processor, combine the raspberries, lemon juice, and syrup that has been allowed to cool.

STEP 5.

Mix on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into the container that has been prepared and allowed to cool

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer during the night.
