In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even layer. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
