NO BAKE CANNOLI CHEESECAKE

No Bake Cannoli Cheesecake is made with ricotta, cream cheese, mini chocolate chips, and pistachios in an waffle cone crust. This simple Italian dessert tastes just like a cannoli!

Ingredient 

– 1 ½ cups crushed graham cracker – ¼ cup granulated sugar – ⅓ cup melted butter – 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese – 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ cup mini chocolate chip – ½ cup chopped pistachio – Whipped cream for topping

In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

While heating maple syrup, turn off the mixer. Let the maple syrup and molasses bubble in a small sauce pan, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

 Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips and pistachios if desired. Slice and enjoy your delicious no-bake cannoli cheesecake!
