Mason Jar Sorbet Recipe

It's very simple to make sorbet for one serving. You can use any fruit you like and store it in a mason jar.   

Lemon Simple Syrup (enough for 5 mason jar sorbets): – ½ cup filtered water – 1 cup granulated sugar – ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice Per each jar you’ll use: – 250 g frozen fruit about 2 cups (Suggested frozen fruit options: raspberry, mango, pineapple, blueberry, strawberry.) – ¼ cup simple syrup

A small pot should be used to combine the water, sugar, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

STEP  1 .

Stir the mixture until it is thoroughly combined. Continue to cook the mixture over medium-

low heat for an additional minute or two after the sugar has completely dissolved.

Take the pan off the heat and let it cool down in a slow and steady manner.

STEP 4.

Put 250 grams of frozen fruit and ¼ cup of simple syrup into a personal blender and blend until fully combined.

STEP 5.

It is recommended that you use a personal blender because it is difficult to make a small batch in a blender that is for the full-sized container.

STEP 6.

Combine the ingredients until they are completely smooth and thick.

STEP 7.

  Pour the mixture into a mason jar immediately before placing it in the freezer for at least four hours.
