ITALIAN TURKEY LASAGNA | EASY NO BOIL RECIPE

This recipe for Italian Turkey Lasagna is simple, delicious, and so easy to make. Featuring ground turkey, no boil lasagna noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella, it's a great weeknight dinner that's tasty enough to entertain with.

Ingredient 

– 1 pound ground turkey – 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce – 1 cup ricotta cheese – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 package (9 oz) no-boil lasagna noodle – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Spread a thin layer of the turkey sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer with lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and half of the turkey sauce. Repeat layers.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil if desired, then serve and enjoy!
