Italian Roasted Potatoes are a delicious and easy way to make the best roasted potatoes. With just a few ingredients, this recipe comes together fast and is a great side dish for any meal!
– 2 pounds (about 1 kg) of potatoes, washed and cut into cube– 2 tablespoons olive oil– 2 cloves garlic, minced– 1 teaspoon dried oregano– 1 teaspoon dried thyme– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary– Salt and black pepper to taste– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Spread the seasoned potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside
After adding all the maple bourbon mixture, whisk on high speed until ribbons form, roughly 3-5 minutes. Turn off mixer when ribbons appear. To remove air bubbles, tap the bowl on the counter several times.
Once done, remove the roasted potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
