ITALIAN BAKED RICOTTA

Italian Baked Ricotta is a delicious and creamy dip using ricotta cheese, thyme, garlic, and lemon. This recipe is great as a spread for crostini or tossed with hot pasta, and takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredient 

– 2 cups ricotta cheese – 2 egg – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – Salt and pepper to taste – Olive oil for greasing

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the ricotta is set.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
