CRANBERRY RICOTTA CAKE

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup ricotta cheese – 2 large egg – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup fresh cranberrie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
