CHEESE BEEF STUFFED SHELLS

– 1 pound ground beef – 1 box jumbo pasta shell – 1 cup ricotta cheese – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 egg – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 cups marinara sauce

Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside

In a skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.

In a bowl, mix together cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.

 Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture, then place them in the baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
