– 1 cup all-purpose flour– 1/4 cup granulated sugar– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened– 1/4 cup ricotta cheese– 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract– Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add ricotta cheese and vanilla extract, mix well. Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
